Land transfer: Buyers told to make payments by June 30

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority has warned buyers of cancellation of plot allotments in LDA Avenue-I Housing Scheme over failure to clear payments.

LDA has urged them to deposit full payments for their plots by June 30 and pay the penalty.

This is the last date for acceptance of such payments and no further extension will be given. LDA reserves the right to cancel allotment of plots in case of failure on the part of an allottee. However, this warning will not apply to plots which are under-litigation.
