Shoddy Case: Tracker in belly complaint dismissed
The police had submitted a report stating that the woman had a poor reputation.

An additional district and sessions judge on Friday dismissed a petition accusing four men of rape and installing a tracker in the petitioner’s belly.
The judge said the police would not be directed to take any action. Sughra Bibi had accused four people including her husband and a judicial magistrate of rape and getting a doctor at Services Hospital to plant a tracker in her belly.
The police had submitted a report stating that the woman had a poor reputation. The accused men had denied the allegations. Sughra Bibi she had gotten the tracker checked from Dr Kishwar of Kainat Welfare Surgical Hospital.
Dr Kishwar said she had visited her requesting her to remove the tracker but said she had found no tracker.
