Rewards for justice: Bounty set for 43 criminals’ arrest
They include members of Chotu gang.

The Punjab government has fixed rewards for the arrest of 43 people it has identified as hardened criminals and gangsters.
They include some members of Chotu Gang of Rajanpur.
The biggest bounty of Rs2 million has been announced for the arrest of Ghulam. As many as 24 of the 43 men are from southern Punjab wanted for murder, kidnapping, rape and robbery and declared proclaimed offenders. A Rs1 million bounty has been fixed for the arrest of each of Saifullah, Khalid Ahmad, Qaisar Abad, Muhammad Iqbal alias Bali and Muntazar alias Shoaibi.
A Rs800,000 reward has been announced for the arrest of each of Shar Khan, Sabz Ali, Attaullah, Mauj Ali, Pahlwan alia Pahloo and Qurban members of Chotu Gang.
A Rs700,000 bounty has been announced for the arrest for Mujahid Husain alias Majoo and Muhammad Ramazan alias Mani; Rs500,000 each for Akhtar, Ghulam Husain, Saeedullah, Habibullah and Gul Faraz Ali. Saeedullah and Habibullah are from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
Rewards for the remaining 24 criminals vary between Rs30,000 and Rs300,000.
In July 2013, members of Chotu Gang had captured three river islands near Kachi Jamal and taken nine police officials hostage. A constable had died in their captivity.
