International Baccalaureate: TNS Beaconhouse holds info session

One of the most interesting segments was a session with IB Asia-Pacific Director-General Ian Chambers.

LAHORE:
The TNS Beaconhouse arranged a seminar on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club on Sunday.

The purpose of the seminar was to introduce the school’s IB Diploma Programme in order to help students understand the IB system and its advantages.

The session was attended by several students preparing for their O-Levels who might want to consider switching to the IB stream after their O-Levels. TNS Beaconhouse Head Clive Barnes gave an overview of the system. Then 10 students shared their experience of studying at the TNS.


Admissions Counsellor Ravale Mohyeddin gave a talk on university admissions and IBDP recognition. The IBDP modules of study were highlighted in a presentation titled Creativity, Action and Service presented by Aurangzeb Ali.
