LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Tuesday dismissed the bail application of a man accused of stealing windows from stations of the metro bus service.

Yousaf Masih had filed the bail application saying the police had implicated him in a false case.

He said he had not stolen the material.

Mozang police investigation officer told the court that Yousaf Masih, a sweeper, had been caught red-handed while stealing aluminium windows from the station.

He said the investigation had concluded that Masih had indeed stolen from the bus service and stolen material had also been seized from his custody. The court dismissed Masih’s application and the police arrested him from court premises.
