Giving importance : President stresses business community’s role
President expressed hope that the newly elected body would work for the promotion of business community.

President Mamnoon Hussain has called upon the business community and entrepreneurs to play an active role to augment the ongoing process of economic turnaround. He also urged support in the government’s efforts to harness the vast trade and investment potential the country has to offer.
The president made these remarks during a meeting with the delegation of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), led by its president Zakriyya Usman, at the State Guest House in Karachi.
Hussain expressed hope that the newly elected body, headed by Usman, would work for the welfare and promotion of the business community. Underscoring the role of the business community in the country’s development, Hussain said that Pakistan has been endowed with enormous potential in almost every field.
