Investiture ceremony: Pakistan Navy holds awards ceremony
Many commodores receive Sitara-i-Imtiaz, while many captains and commanders receive Tamgha-i-Imtiaz.

The chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Asif Sandila conferred military awards on Pakistan Navy officers and sailors at an investiture ceremony held at the Bahria Auditorium on Wednesday. Many commodores received the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, while many captains and commanders received the Tamgha-i-Imtiaz. Others received Tamgha-i-Basalat and Tamgha-i-Khidmat. The ceremony was attended by a large number of serving and retired officers of the armed forces and the families of the winners.
