A 16-year-old boy was allegedly gang-raped on Tuesday in Maneri Payan area of Swabi.
SHO of Maneri police station, Fayaz Khan, said the teenager was present in his neighbourhood of Mohallah Sirai, Maneri Payan when three other residents allegedly raped him. Upon reaching home, the victim reported the incident to his father, Muqarab Khan.
Police registered a case against all three suspects and launched a search for their arrest. Muqarab Khan appealed to the chief justice of Pakistan as well as the K-P government to ensure that the perpetrators responsible for his son’s alleged rape be arrested.
