Economic progress: Japan a ‘crucial’ partner, says Nawaz
Nawaz says govt was according top priority to economic development as it was vital for country’s progress.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday said the government was according top priority to economic development as it was vital for the country’s progress. Talking to Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Shinsuke J Sugiyama here at the PM house, he said economic stability and implementation of Pakistan’s development agenda was essential for country’s success and was also vital for regional peace and security. Nawaz said Japan was a valuable friend and development partner and its investments would be most crucial especially in energy sector and infrastructure development.
