Capacity building: Malakand police given combat training
A training session was organised for Malakand division police by the Pakistan Army Counter Terrorism Centre at its premises in Pabbi. Under the programme, more than 1,600 policemen have been trained so far. The participants were trained in distinct tactical drills such as combat without arms, ambush, search and arrest of terrorists in populated areas, as well as manning procedures of check posts. Speaker of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Asad Qaisar was the chief guest on the occasion.
