Weapons caches: Explosives, guns, 8,500 rounds seized

The Kahuta police seized guns and explosives from a house on Thursday. A police team raided a house in the locality and recovered a huge amount of explosives, a detonator, pins, six pistols and 800 rifle rounds. They also arrested Aqeel Ahmad. “The arrested man confessed to supplying weapons in AJK and other parts of the country,” Kahuta ASP Malik Jameel said. In another raid, the Chauntra police intercepted a car and seized 8,000 rounds and arrested Ali and the driver, Shafique Ali.
