Police arrested one boatman and charged six others for violating Section 144 for boating in Rawal Lake on Wednesday. On Wednesday, police cracked down on the boatmen. The police arrested Muhammad Rizwan, while other boatmen identified as Arshad Mehmood, Noor Hussain, Raja Ali, Ibrar Kiani, Faisal Mehmood and Raja Basharat escaped. They have all been booked.
