Recipe: Yogurt buzz

Escape the summer heat with my creative take on fruity frozen yogurt. It is refreshing, nourishing and great to taste.

Ingredients:



Method 

•  In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, cream and sugar together.

•  Gradually pour in the pineapple juice, whisking thoroughly.


•  Add in pineapple and almonds chunks into the mixture.

•  Pour the mixture into bowls or glasses and refrigerate for about an hour or so.

•  Before serving, break the biscuits and drop them in the yogurt. Serve chilled.
