A newborn girl was found in a plastic bag near a septic tank in a village in the Gujranwala district.

A newborn girl was found in a plastic bag near a septic tank in a village in the Gujranwala district on Monday. Some passersby saw the bag moving and opened it up to inspect it. Shahbaz, one of the passersby sought to adopt her but she died of cold in a few hours. A police report has not been filed as yet. The girl was buried in the village.
