Obituary: Journalist laid to rest
Masood Alam, a well known journalist and broadcaster was laid to rest at the H-11 graveyard.
ISLAMABAD:
Masood Alam, a well known journalist and broadcaster was laid to rest at the H-11 graveyard on Friday. He died in a road accident in Sector G-10 on March 11. Family members and a large number of people including journalists attended the funeral of the deceased. Alam was born in Sargodha on September 7, 1965 and after his retirement in 1980s as a pilot of the PAF, started his career as journalist. He leaves behind a wife, a son and a daughter.
