It is expected that Uzair will meet Karachi-based politicians and renowned social and political personalities in London. Uzair is worried about the current state of Lyari and wants to go back to his people, said Habib Jan, the convenor of Friends of Lyari International, after he met Uzair on Wednesday. "I advised him not to go to Pakistan now," Habib told The Express Tribune, over the phone.
Habib managed to escape Pakistan during the launch of the April 2012 operation in Lyari. Meanwhile, Uzair left the city soon after the court issued arrest warrants against him for being involved in the murder of Lyari's notorious gangster, Arshad Pappu. Uzair threw a grand iftar party for journalists on July 24 last year, but after the court took notice of the media coverage of a murder suspect, he fled the country.
The Uzair Baloch group of Lyari has developed clashes with the Noor Muhammad alias Baba Ladla group. Hence, Uzair has been issuing statements via the media cell of the defunct PAC but he never disclosed his whereabouts.
Even on Wednesday, Habib was reluctant to share whether or not Uzair was in London. "We met outside of London," he said, denying that Uzair was living with him.
Habib explained that Uzair was in Europe to meet human rights organisations in different countries, adding that the issue in Lyari was very critical. "We are going to decide very soon the future of the Pakistan Peoples Party in Lyari," he said. "We will ask Javed Nagori, Sania Baloch and Shah Jahan Baloch to resign as the voters are not satisfied with their representatives. Lyari is burning again."
According to Uzair's close aide back home, the defunct PAC leader has reached exactly where his friends had planned. "Uzair will be in London soon and is in a comfortable position now," claimed a source. "It is better for him to be in a safer country. I hope Habib and Uzair will do something for the people of Lyari."

Britain has always been a safe haven for terrorists and thugs. And Pakistan has always been lenient or perhaps inept.
It is very easy for criminals to runaway from the country. Why not Interpol's help is taken to arrest criminals and brought to the country to prosecute.
"Uzair was in Europe to meet human rights organisations in different countries"
at this point i think arshad pappo relatives must send the link of arshad killing video to those human rights organisations.
PAC = Criminals = Wanted = Uzair.
It seem UK is the destination after you have commited a crime in Pakistan.
Perhaps it's their policy to hire people (criminal or not) with influence to have influence inside the country for their benefit.
East india company rebirth
How do such people get visa and how do they pass immigration and how do they afford such expensive trips and stay. How do they maintain such private army like PAC. The answer is political patronage, bhatta, bank decoity, kidnapping for ransom, protection money and alike. Where ever there is filthy unexplained money there is a crime and bigger the money bigger is the crime. Now just turn your attention to people sitting in senate, national assembly and the provincial assembly. you will find several Uzair Baluch.
Same place where the terrorists from MQM went hiding in 90's.
