Police on Tuesday arrested a suspected militant with alleged ties to banned organisations, Express News reported.
According to the police, the suspect, Adil, was a bomb-making expert.
Three types of explosive materials, 18 receivers, two remote controls, ball bearings, five mobile phones and two 9-volt batteries were recovered from the suspect.
The suspect had two passports and a motorcycle registration document in his possession.
The suspect was arrested from the Nishtarabad area of Peshawar and hails from Badaber village in Peshawar District.
