Financial problems: Man commits suicide

A 24-year-old man commits suicide by jumping in front of a train.

RAHIM YAR KHAN: A 24-year-old man committed suicide by jumping in front of a train on Monday. Police said Aamir Irshad, a resident of Muhajir Colony in Sadiqabad, jumped in front of the Karachi-bound Shalimar Express near the Chandrami Railway Station. He died on the spot, police said. Irshad, a father of two children, worked for a fertiliser company. His family told the media that Irshad committed suicide over financial problems. They said that he had been dejected and under severe stress for the last few months. Police said the body of the deceased had been sent to a hospital for postmortem.
