Peshawar cinema attack: 15-year-old suspect sent on judicial remand
Hasan was reportedly given Rs8,000 for committing the act.

Fifteen-year-old Hasan alias Israr - the only suspect of the Shama Cinema blasts in police custody - was sent to jail on a 14-day judicial remand, Express News reported.
Fourteen people were killed and dozens injured when three blasts ripped through the main hall of the Shama Cinema on February 11.
Suspect Hasan confessed in court to his involvement in the attack.
He told the court that there were three other individuals involved, one of whom had transported attackers to the cinema. Hasan was reportedly given Rs8,000 for committing the act.
According to police investigation and Hasan’s confession, he and one other suspects taped hand-grenades to their thighs before entering the cinema where they waited for half an hour before attacking the crowd inside.
Police were still looking for the other suspects.
