Keeping in mind the importance of co-curricular activities, a girls’ college held a competition for students on Friday.
Such competitions give students an opportunity to highlight their capabilities.
This was said by Islamabad Model College for Girls (IMCG) Principal Ghazala Karim in the concluding ceremony of a three-day interdisciplinary competition.
Students from different educational institutions of twin cities participated.
Ghazala said that performances were impressive adding that extra-curricular activities keep students active and energetic.
During the three days, students participated in the competitions of Qirat, Naat, Qawali, painting, computer posters, debates, stage drama, singing, jewellery making and flower decoration.
On the last day, students participated in ghazal and film song singing competitions.
