Serving humanity: Donating blood for the needy
Drive aims to support Fatimid Foundation in its cause of meeting blood requirement of children suffering from diseases
LAHORE:
Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Ltd (HACPL), in collaboration with the Fatimid Foundation, organised a blood donation camp at its plant in Lahore on February 13. The drive aimed to support the Fatimid Foundation in its cause of meeting the blood requirements of children suffering from diseases like thalassaemia, haemophilia and leukaemia. All HACPL employees enthusiastically contributed to the cause. HACPL President Aoki and HACPL Vice President Takemoto also volunteered to donate blood. As many as 87 blood bags were collected. The Fatimid Foundation will issue a Certificate of Service for Humanity to each donor.
