Sexual assault: Minor girl allegedly raped by neighbour
FIR registered against the accused who was arrested during a raid.
PESHAWAR:
A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped in the suburban village of Mian Gujar on Saturday morning. Police said Shazmeen’s* father lodged an FIR with Daudzai police saying his daughter was taken to a derelict building by their neighbour Karam Shah* and then raped. “She reached the house bleeding and crying, saying Shah raped her,” a police official quoted the father as saying. He added an FIR has been registered against the accused who was arrested during a raid at his house. “The accused confessed to the police that he raped the girl.”
