When are people of Karachi going to demand the arrest of the two thugs that have killed our beloved leader Dr. Imran? What a shame that there is not a single word about these two killers who are safe and sound in Karachi. My native city is full of such criminals and murderers who find it a safe haven here.
There is lack of coordination between law enforcement agencies and moreover the political will also very weak and it seems vague in Karachi especially and generally in country. There are many law enforcement agencies in the countries which were/are being formed/established to maintain peace and the nation is paying a lot of taxes in the regard but unfortunately all the government efforts had been proving failed to protect the people from terrorists since a long time. The time has come when the govt. should establish a better coordination system among the law enforcement agencies.
well, the forces are busy in doing businesses like manufacturing, transportation, banking, education, private security, cement, fertilizer, private health services, running clubs, construction, stock brokerage, housing societies, land development and a host of similar non-combat activities. They have large responsibilities and only a minimal number of 600,000 persons only. Please do not drag them in minor matters like internal and external security.
Billions worth of budget allocated every year to Military and security agencies is for eating popcorns while watching all the bloodshed and building real estate and other business empires.
Political and military solutions are no where in sight for our beleaguered country for as long as the Afghan imbroglio is alive and kicking. These are mainly of our own making. A political wizard will be required, if not to settle it, then to control it. Salams
