The Judicial Commission of Pakistan has proposed the confirmation of nine judges and the extension of two Peshawar High Court judges. The commission met on Thursday, under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Tassaduq Hussain Jillani. The confirmation of judges including Justice Abdul Latif Khan, Justice Malik Manzoor, Justice Laal Jan Khatak, Justice Ikramullah Khan, Justice Musarat Hilali, Justice Assadullah Khan Chamkani, Justice Irshad Qaiser, Justice Shah Jehan Khan Akhunzada, and Justice Rooh-ul-Amin Khan was put forward. Additionally, the judicial commission recommended a six-month extension of two PHC judges, Justice Afsar Ali Shah and Justice Muhammad Daud Khan.
