Development CM approves land for industrial projects

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has approved the summary of 2,000 acres industrial land for different districts to increase growth in the province, a SITE Limited release said on Saturday.



The industrial land will be established in Karachi, Super Highway, Nooriabad, Kotri, Hyderabad, Tando Adam, Nawab Shah and Sukkur Site Area. SITE Limited Managing Director Nazar Muhammad Bozdar said that the approval of the summary is a big achievement, adding that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has already recovered Rs7 million from SITE Limited.


Moreover, SITE authorities have to recover an amount of Rs20 million from National Equity Ltd that has been stuck for a long time.


Bozdar said that a Bio Metric system is now operational at SITE Limited for attendance and other records of government officials. He added that the department has placed systems to improve accountability of employees and it will not tolerate ghost employees in the future.
