Heritage: New look for Food Street in a week
The restaurants are being repainted according to a traditional colour scheme.

The project to revamp the Fort Road Food Street is expected to be completed by February 5. The restaurants are being repainted according to a traditional colour scheme. Brighto Paints has provided the paints for the next five years. Senior Architect Omer Ghani is supervising the revamp. The restaurants’ fascia is also being changed and the main gates are being replaced with new ones. This is being sponsored by Coca-Cola. New LED lights are also being placed on all the buildings.
