Bilateral cooperation: S African navy chief meets counterpart
On his arrival the visiting naval chief was given guard of honour.

The South African navy chief, Vice Admiral Johannes Mudimu, visited Naval Headquarters on Monday. On his arrival the visiting naval chief was given guard of honour. Later, Mudimu called on Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Mohammad Asif Sandila who briefed him about the PN’s role in regional maritime security situation and operational developments. Both the naval chiefs were of the opinion that this visit will augment the bilateral cooperation between both the navies. Mudimu is on an official visit to Pakistan, during which he will also meet the defence minister, CJCSC, COAS, and naval admin authorities.
