Development: CM promises university, cadet college for RY Khan

SADIQABAD:


The construction of a cadet college at Rahim Yar Khan will be complete in 18 months. After this the government will start building a university for Rahim Yar Khan, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced on Sunday.

He was addressing the prize distribution ceremony of the 2nd Nishan-i-Haider Tournament organised by the army in Sadiqabad. Sharif praised the participants of the kabbadi tournament and said the government welcomed suggestions to help promote the game. The final match at the tournament was played between the Pakistan Army and the Pakistan Air Force. The team representing the PAF team won. Sharif said that the government would provide monetary and administrative assistance in developing the Jinnah Stadium at Sadiqabad.
