Facilitated by the PPAF, the training is being provided by Community Development Concern.

SIALKOT:
The Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) has started a disaster risk management training for people in the villages prone to floods. The training, called the Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction Training Programme, was inaugurated by the PPAF CEO Qazi Azmat Isa on Thursday. The training, he said, would enable villagers to protect themselves from recurring disasters on account of floods. Scores of people registered for the training on the first day. The training started at the Dhalleywali village. Facilitated by the PPAF, the training is being provided by Community Development Concern, a non government organisation.
