Shot dead: Industrialist gunned down on Kohat Road
He was on his way home from the factory when unidentified men on motorcycles opened fire at his car.

A prominent Shia industrialist was killed on Kohat Road within the jurisdiction of Bhanamari police station on Thursday evening.
Police said Ali, a resident of Rawalpindi, was currently residing in Peshawar and had a small arms manufacturing unit called Ibahim Jee and Sons Arms on Kohat Road Industrial Estate. He was on his way home from the factory when unidentified men on motorcycles opened fire at his car.
“He was driving the car and had no opportunity to escape,” said the police. “His car fell into a nullah and the body was recovered from there.” They added the suspects managed to escape from the scene of crime before they got there.
