Arshad pappu murder: IO summoned with records of case
MNA Baloch faces charges of abducting and murdering Arshad Pappu, his brother Yasir Arafat, and Juma Shera.
KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court has summoned on February 28 the police officer investigating the murder case of alleged gangster Arshad Pappu against the MNA Shahjahan Baloch.
The bench summoned the officer when the jailed lawmaker’s lawyer informed that the IO is not providing records despite directions by the court. MNA Baloch faces charges of abducting and murdering Arshad Pappu, his brother Yasir Arafat, and Juma Shera, on March 16.
