Harassment: Comments sought from SHO

Petitioner asked the court to direct the SHO to register a case against them.

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Baghbanpura SHO regarding a woman’s petition a case against four men who allegedly ripped her clothes and forced her to dance. She said the four men wanted to occupy her house after her husband’s death. A few weeks ago when she had gone to drop her son at his school in Mehbood Booti village, the men intercepted her at gunpoint and ripped her clothes. She said the residents of the area called police. She said when police arrived they did not register a case against the men. She asked the court to direct the SHO to register a case against them.
