The three suspects are believed to be hiding in Balochistan.
KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court (SHC) bench, headed by Justice Irfan Saadat Khan, ordered the provincial police chief to contact his counterpart in Balochistan and arrest three suspects allegedly involved in the murder of Sindh Bar Council’s former vice-chairperson, Ali Muhammad Dahri. The three suspects are believed to be hiding in Balochistan. Dahri was murdered on April 28, 2011. On Wednesday, SSP Javed Jiskani said the police had arrested a proclaimed offender, Muhammad Ashraf, along with illegal weapons during raids in Balochistan. “Efforts are being made to arrest three other offenders,” said Jiskani. Expressing dissatisfaction with the progress, the bench ordered Sindh IGP to arrest the remaining offenders, if they were in Balochistan.
