An additional district and sessions judge on Friday summoned prosecution witnesses by January 20 after framing charges against two men accused of killing Indian prisoner Sarbjeet Singh. The judge distributed case copies and framed charges under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code against Muddassir and Amir for Sarbjeet Singh’s killing.
