Five people were killed in an armed clash between two groups in Tarangzai, Charsadda on Sunday.
The injured woman told the police that her uncle Shah and his son came to their house on Sunday morning and opened fire, killing her father, her brothers and wounding her. Meanwhile, Shah’s wife Zar Pari reported to the police that her husband and son were going to Alif’s house as they had been invited to help solve the land dispute. When they reached, her brother-in-law and his sons opened fire, killing Shah and Wajid.

Fazal Subhan Khan, an official of Umerzai police station, said brothers, Alif Khan and Sahib Shah, had a dispute over property.
On Sunday morning, an argument over the land turned into a gunfight. As a result, Alif, his two sons Ali and Mustafa, and Shah along with his son Wajid lost their lives. Alif’s daughter was also injured in the incident and was taken to a hospital.
