Vaccination: CM forms team to monitor polio campaign

LAHORE:
A joint monitoring team comprising senior Health Department officers, representatives of the WHO, the UNICEF and the GATES Foundation has been formed to monitor a special anti-polio campaign from 8 to 11 January in Toba Tek Singh and Shorkot.
The team has reached the district to review micro planning for the anti-polio campaign, Special Secretary Health Babar Hayat Tarar said on Sunday. He said three polio cases in the district had raised serious concerns.
