Kashmir Issue: Events in Pakistan stalled talks, says Singh
We will continue to seek better relations with our immediate neighbours, Singh says.
NEW DELHI:
Moments after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh announced that he would step down after this year’s elections, the Indian leader blamed Pakistan for stalling the deal over Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
Expressing the desire to visit Pakistan he hoped that he could visit his birthplace before the end of his tenure. “I should go only when my visit brings solid results,” he said.
