Robbery: Policeman among three gunned down
A group of robbers opened indiscriminate firing.

Three people, including a policeman, were gunned down by robbers at Naro Dhoro-Khairpur link road near Sohu Kanasara village within Kotdiji police limits in Khairpur on Monday. Khairpur Sugar Mills cashier Sengar Wassan, along with his driver, Saleem Chandio, and police constable, Shahzado Lanjwani, was on his way back to the sugar mills after he withdrew Rs2.5 million from a bank in Khairpur. As they reached near Sohu Kanasara village, a group of robbers opened indiscriminate firing. Despite the firing, the driver did not stop the car, which resulted in the death of all three occupants of the car.
