Unidentified: Body found in North Waziristan
Bullet-riddled body of a man – allegedly an Afghan citizen – was found in Miranshah tehsil of North Waziristan Agency.
MIRANSHAH:
A bullet-riddled body of a man – allegedly an Afghan citizen – was found in Miranshah tehsil of North Waziristan Agency on Sunday. An official of the political administration said the man, whose identity could not be ascertained, was killed by unidentified assailants who dumped his body near Amin check post on Datta Khel-Miranshah Road. The official added the body was picked up by local tribesmen and shifted to the Miranshah Bazaar, however, due to the curfew it could not be properly identified in a hospital. Later in the afternoon, some Afghan citizens transported the body to Khost province of Afghanistan.
