The Sindh government has planned to celebrate a cultural week throughout the province in February.


The government plans to invite foreign diplomats to participate in the celebrations.

Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah, while speaking to the consul-general of the Kingdom of Jordan Yousuf Farruk on Tuesday, said that such activities and participation in each other’s celebrations would pave the ways for socio-economic development of both the countries.

“We can get the benefits by exchanging the expertise in agriculture, irrigation, special education, women development and bilateral business,” he said.

The consul-general offered the services of his country for the people of Sindh especially for increasing literacy rate, improving the standard of education and business activities.
