Rana Sanaullah said that demonstrations on Mall Road were against earlier court orders.
The Punjab government did however provide security for the Mall Road rally today.
Imran Khan had led the PTI's protest rally against price hikes, calling for a "jihad' against inflation".
Khan vowed further street protests against inflation. He cited a number of solutions the PTI would have undertaken if it was in power.
Aside from PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Jahangir Tareen, Khan was accompanied by Sheikh Rasheed and Jamaat-e-Islami chief Munawwar Hasan as well.

PTI can demonstrate anytime no issues, but when will they learn to abide law themselves, its been ages since rallies on Mall road is prohibited by LHC. I think if khan sahab wants rule of law he needs to follow it himself.

Mr Khan, get an ACTUAL qualified economist on your team to suggest solutions for tackling-inflation-in-Pakistan-while-making-sure-other-fundamentals-don't-get-worse. Asad Umar is a businessman, not an economist.

When did this guy realise it was illegal? After the rally? If it was illegal. ..why didn't you arrest the participants...after all...there were only a few hundred ;) (according to my learned friends on this forum).
Actually, all of pti needs to thank rana sahib and prevaiz rasheed saab. They did 50% of the publicity for the jalsa! When will they learn? :)
