LAHORE:
An additional district and sessions judge on Saturday gave child’s custody to his mother.
Petitioner Farzana Bibi told the court that she married Muhammad Babar in 2011. She said they had a son.
She said her husband later became abusive and kicked her out of the house.
She said she was not allowed to meet her son for a year.
She asked the court to grant her custody of her son.
On Saturday the police officials brought the child to the court. It was then handed over to the mother.
