Redress: Theft case complaint referred to police
Zulifqar Masih said he had placed 2,000 bricks on his roof which his neighbour Waris had stolen.

An additional district and sessions judge on Friday directed a petitioner to approach the relevant police station for redress on a petition against a man accused of stealing 2,000 bricks. Zulifqar Masih said he had placed 2,000 bricks on his roof which his neighbour Waris had stolen. Zulfiqar Masih said Waris had threatened him with ‘dire consequences’ when he asked him to return the bricks. The court observed that Zulfiqar Masih had not visited the police station and asked him to visit the police station first.
