School heads : ‘Wear black gowns on duty’

Executive District Officer (Education) Shahida Sohail on Sunday directed government school heads to wear black gowns during duty hours. An Education Department spokesman told the media that the EDO had formed committees for monitoring schools. He said strict action would be taken against heads of schools found violating the orders. He said the EDO had also directed the education officers to ensure that the government’s education roadmap was implemented.
