Dry days: Cache of liquor seized
A total of 7,500 bottles of locally made liquor and foreign brand bear cans worth millions of rupees were seized.

The Sihala police on Wednesday seized a huge cache of liquor in the Modal Town Humak area of Sihala. A police party raided a plot in the Industrial Area of Sihala and arrested four suspected bootleggers along with huge cache of liquor bottles. A total of 7,500 bottles of locally made liquor and foreign brand bear cans worth millions of rupees were seized by the police while they were being loaded on a truck. The suspects were identified as Liaqat Khan, Jamal Shah, Kabel Shah and Shamraiz Khan. The police registered a case against them and started investigation.
