Stress management: KMC officers learn to relax

A total of 24 Karachi Metropolitan Corporation officers were trained at a workshop on stress management organised by the City Institute of Image Management. Former Sindh Police inspector general Niaz Ahmed Siddiqui, who was the chief guest at the event, highlighted the importance of managing stress in the workplace. Siddiqui praised the initiative, saying that such training of officers should be continued on a regular basis in order to enhance their skills.
