Sensitive issue: Seminary, govt at loggerheads over new design
The administration will not accept any new design that is not approved by it, says seminary spokesperson.

The deadlock between the Talimul Quran administration and the government continues over the reconstruction of the seminary burnt during the Ashura incident on November 15.
Talking to reporters, seminary spokesperson Allama Shakir Mehmood said the district as well as the provincial government is keeping them in the dark.
He said the administration will not accept any new design that is not approved by it.
He said the district government has assured us that they will demolish the building and clear the debris within 15 days and construct the new structure in three months.
He said they would offer Friday prayers outside the seminary in Raja Bazar till that time.
The provincial government has assigned the task of demolition and reconstruction to the Frontier Works Organisation.
Talking to The Express Tribune, Lieutenant Col Noor said the building will be demolished two to three days before the stipulated time and will be reconstructed within two months.
