London’s style set descended on the London Coliseum to celebrate the 2013 British Fashion Awards on December 2, 2013. Naturally, it was all about the Brits when it came to red carpet dressing. Here, we run-down some of the best looks from the evening.

Alexa Chung

The model and presenter, who has already scooped the British Style Award three times, wore  a pale ballet-pink Stella McCartney Fall 2013 embroidered number, a bold pair of black Burberry ankle-strap wedge heels and a black-and-white chequered clutch as she passed on her baton to Harry Styles — who jokingly admitted he thought Alexa was the only one who was allowed to win.

Suki Waterhouse

The model looked elegant and ladylike in a Burberry gown, accessorised with a Smythson clutch. A presenter for the evening, she bestowed Simone Rocha with her Emerging Womenswear Designer award.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

The Transformers babe looked stunning in an Antonio Berardi trouser suit with a plunging scarlet blazer and optical illusion pants, showcasing her svelte, statuesque figure in all its willowy glory.

Daisy Lowe

The 24-year-old brunette beauty wore a custom-made, Gothic-inspired black lace Erdem gown and carried a Mulberry clutch. She opted for the natural look by wearing nude make-up and scraped her hair into a sultry up do.

Clémence Poésy

Everything was blooming flowers for this French stunner, who selected a black sheer-overlay gown by Erdem.

Gwyneth Paltrow

The Hollywood actor kept it simple with a no-fuss, preppy plum and pink colour block Prada dress.

Daisy Bevan

The British actress added a pop of colour to her emerald green Burberry bandage dress with a hot pink clutch.
