Faysal Bank T20 Cup: Sarfaraz, Malik steer PIA into last-four
Discarded wicket-keeper scores third consecutive fifty.

Wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed scored his third consecutive half-century in the Faysal Bank Departmental T20 Tournament, helping PIA book their place in the semi-finals as the team defeated SBP by six wickets at the LCCA Ground in Lahore.
Set a target of 154 for five, PIA rode on Sarfaraz’s 74-run knock which included 11 boundaries and ended up with 158 for four. Shoaib Malik chipped in with 61 off 44 balls.
In another group match, KRL piled more misery on NBP, who succumbed to their fourth successive defeat in the tournament.
KRL edged them out by two runs to keep alive their chances of sealing a semi-final berth, and they now have six points from four matches.
Meanwhile, ZTBL continue to roll in the competition as they won their fourth match after thrashing PQA by eight wickets.
In another match, SNGPL beat Wapda by eight wickets with spinner Imran Khalid bagging three scalps.
