Compulsive: Two sisters commit suicide ‘over a sweater’
Police said an investigation was underway.

Two sisters committed suicide on Wednesday by swallowing poison. Police said the girls, 17 and 15, ate poison after their parents had scolded them for fighting over a sweater.
The girls were taken to Civil Hospital where they were pronounced dead. Police said an investigation was underway. In Daska, a man attempted suicide by taking poison. Police said the deceased, a resident of Jinnah Chowk, had been unemployed. Police said he had quarrelled with his family. He was taken to Civil Hospital where he was reported to be in critical condition.
